Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Montessori Tracker ("the Service"), operated by [Operator legal name]. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to them.

Accounts and roles

• You must be at least 18 to hold an account. The Service is for schools, their staff, and children's guardians — children do not use it.
• Access is granted by a school through role-based invitations. Your school controls your role and can suspend your access to its data.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

The school's responsibilities

Schools using the Service act as the custodians of the child records they enter. The school is responsible for having the required consents from parents or guardians (including photo consent before uploading images of a child), for the accuracy of its records, and for meeting its own licensing and record-retention obligations.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate school operations and family communication.
• No attempts to access another school's data or another family's children.
• No uploading unlawful content, and no photos of children without recorded consent.

Billing

Tuition and fee records in the Service are between the school and its families. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; the school is the merchant of record for its tuition.

Termination and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. A school owner must first transfer ownership, and staff with assigned classroom records are offboarded by their school so that children's records are not destroyed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put children's data at risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". It supports — but does not replace — a school's own compliance with licensing, ratio, health, and safety requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Operator legal name] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes and contact
